Customers may order a service individually or as part of a bespoke package deal. Customers will be asked to provide a full brief of their business as well as their marketing objectives so that we may make an assessment as to which digital marketing services will be best for you.
As part of this assessment we will also advise all of our clients on the desired duration of the project, which ranges from 1-12 months. Ongoing consultancy prices can be arranged for longer duration services, such as with our social media management options.
The pricing of the services will depend on both the packages which have been arranged as well as their duration, and this is likely to vary from client to client.
All payments for the digital marketing services must be made in full and in advance of the project starting. All digital services may be paid for online using either Visa or Mastercard debit cards and all of the payments are then processed through a secure payment platform. Once your payment has been completed you will see DCPPM, NICOSIA as your billing descriptor.
All refunds and cancellations will need to be arranged in writing and will only be accepted at our sole discretion. Refunds will only be issued for the amount of work which has already been carried out and cancellations and full refunds may only be arranged when work has not yet begun on projects.
If you would like to cancel or request a refund for any of the services which you have ordered through Purple Pig Marketing, then you may contact customer services who will review your request and come back to you within five working days.
Please note that cancellations may take up to 24 hours to process, and all refunds will need to be made back into the same account which they were originally paid from and this can take up to 10 working days to reappear on your banking statement.
